Tooth Colored Fillings

A tooth-colored composite filling is a dental restoration made from a durable resin material designed to match the natural shade of your teeth. This material is used to repair cavities, chips, or small areas of decay while blending seamlessly with the surrounding tooth structure. The material is applied in layers and hardened with a special blue light, creating a strong bond that restores both the function and appearance of the tooth.

Crowns, inlays & onlays

Dental Crown

Crowns, inlays & onlays are dental restorations that seal and protect teeth for maximum support. They are fabricated from porcelain materials that look and feel like natural teeth. There are various reasons as to why a tooth may require this type of restoration. Some common reasons include broken teeth and large fillings that fail.

Our practice uses the highest quality of standards when it comes to preparing teeth and choosing dental labs.

The All-On-4® procedure involves surgical placement of 4 or more implants, followed by a permanent fixed prosthesis that is screwed into the implants. This is a full mouth rehabilitation that is both functional & aesthetically pleasing.

Implant crowns are the most ideal option for replacing a missing tooth. Their strength and durability make them highly functional. For the best cosmetic results, we refer to a talented specialist for the surgical placement of the implant. Once it is healed and integrated, we then restore the implant with a crown.

TEETH Cleaning

Teeth Cleaning

A teeth cleaning, also known as dental prophylaxis, is the removal of plaque and tarter (calculus). This procedure aids in the prevention of gum disease. Gum measurements are performed annually to ensure stability with your gum & bone health. We use equipment that is backed by research in order to provide the highest level of care to you and your family. This includes the use of ultrasonics, hand instrumentation and an air-powder polishing system that is safe to use on restorations and highly effective at stain removal. We recommend getting your teeth cleaned at least twice a year, and sometimes more depending on each individual needs.

Gingivitis is the first stage of gum disease, presenting as red, inflamed, bleeding gums. It is most commonly caused by an accumulation of bacteria below the gum-line. If left untreated, this condition can advance into a more serious form of gum disease called periodontitis.

Gingivitis therapy is a combination of plaque & tarter removal, antimicrobial irrigation below the gum-line, and education of products to reverse the disease process. Our hygienists take the time to understand each individual patient and develop a customized plan for achieving healthy gums.

A deep cleaning, also known as scaling & root planing, is a procedure that is performed when a patient is diagnosed with periodontitis.

Periodontitis is a serious infection that damages the soft tissue around teeth. If left untreated, it can destroy the bone and lead to tooth mobility and eventual tooth loss. We administer local anesthetic for deep cleanings to ensure that our patients are comfortable. Once completed, we recommend 3 or 4 month maintenance appointments to prevent relapse. Removing infection from the mouth is important because we now know that there is a link between periodontitis and systemic bodily diseases such as coronary heart disease.
